We also cater in Northern Virginia, Richmond, Staunton, Harrisonburg, Waynesboro VA. and all over the country! A travel fee will be assessed outside Charlottesville area.

What is BBQing  ?

Barbecue (verb)

A method of cooking.

Low and Slow Barbecue or Smoke Roasting. A method of cooking involving roasting food, in a closed oven or in open air, indoors or out, in the presence of smoke, usually created by the combustion of hardwood, but other sources of smoke are occasionally used including tea and herbs. Most often applied to meat (including poultry or seafood), but often applied to vegetables and other foods. Heat is transferred mostly by convection and temperatures at the same level of the meat are usually in the 200-300F range.

What is On-site BBQ catering?

It is simply cooking BBQ the way it was attended : on site. We will bring to cooker to you. Everything will be prepared at your event. All the great smells of hickory , red oak and apple accompanied by the smell of pork brisket or chicken. On site BBQing give our customers the true experience of the  BBQ tradition! Also as a bonus our Championship Pitmaster is always interest in giving impromptu BBQ lessons.
